Scope of Service

As Director of Operations, Mariah is responsible for leading projects across our organization and supporting team members to improve efficiency, maintain outstanding service levels, and champion our quality-first, family-oriented culture. She oversees and reports on company financials to aid our team members in decision-making and help us achieve our strategic goals. Mariah also supports our property management and maintenance teams in all accounting functions.

Background and Experience

Prior to joining Anderson Commercial Group, Mariah served as a dealer reserve processor for The Russ Darrow Group. In this role, she accounted for and audited the finance team’s reserve (commission) for four separate Russ Darrow dealership locations.

Mariah also brings experience in building service management from Direct Supply, where she worked as an operations specialist, and later, as the customer feedback manager for her team. Her customer service and maintenance system management skills bring a well-rounded perspective to the accounting clerk position. Mariah earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in both accounting and operations & supply chain management at Marquette University.
