Scope of Service

As a Senior Property Manager for Anderson Commercial Group, Julija is responsible for overseeing both residential and commercial portfolios. She provides fine-tuned customer service with an infectious spirit.

Background and Experience

Julija joined Anderson Commercial Group in the fall of 2018. In 2019, she received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Prior to joining the Anderson Team, she worked with Founders|3 Real Estate Services where she managed all aspects of daily operations for nine residential properties. The nine-property portfolio consisted of 414 apartment homes and over 1,000 tenants. Before her time with Founders|3, Julija provided property management services through Northland Apartments Company, LLC. Her management style is based on personal attention, timely responses, and dependable outcomes for her clients. Julija's extensive accounting, sales, and customer service experiences make her a great asset to the Anderson team. When Julija is not helping a tenant, she enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her family.
