Scope of Service

As a vice president for Anderson Commercial Group, Steffi specializes in all aspects of commercial brokerage, including leasing and sales of office, industrial, and retail properties. Her practice includes developing strategic real estate plans, structuring and negotiating commercial leases and purchases/sales, and providing occupancy cost reductions.

Background and Experience

Steffi has been a commercial real estate broker in the Milwaukee area since 2007. She utilizes her experience from working with both building owners and tenants to reach the best solution for her clients. Steffi has represented clients in more than 500 transactions valued in excess of $90,000,000.00. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Steffi worked for Vector Marketing, where she produced national sales and training events for more than 5,000 attendees annually. Steffi is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management.
